Is your coffee nut free and gluten free?
Our coffee is naturally nut-free and gluten-free, and our coffee is not roasted in facilities that process other food products.
What payments do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards as well as Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal
What do I do if a charge is incorrect?

What is your return policy?
We do not accept returns on coffee due to its perishable nature. However, if you have any issues with your coffee or errors in your order, please contact us at info@amacoffee.cafe within one week of receiving your order, and we will work with you to find a solution. For any issues with the merchandise, please also feel free to reach out to us so that we may find a solution
Where will you ship orders?
We currently ship to the continental US only
What shipping options do we provide?
We currently ship via USPS. As soon as your order has been fulfilled, you should receive a follow-up email with tracking information. This tracking will provide a more precise transit time.
Please note that shipping schedules will be dependent on the shipping carriers hours of operations and holiday schedule
What are the associated shipping costs?
Shipping costs vary based on the shipping carrier selected, weight, and selected transit speed.
Final shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.

How can I buy coffee for an event I’m organizing?
Please contact us at info@amacoffee.cafe and tell us about your event. We will work with you to figure out types of coffee, quantity and shipping date for your event
Do you offer private tastings?
We do offer private tastings within a close proximity of northern NJ. Please contact us if you are interested in a private tasting or in having us be a part of your next small gathering of friends, family or colleagues who are interested in tasting and learning more about coffee. We usually recommend keeping it to a group of 6 or less for maximum engagement
